Have you never done Yoga before but are looking for a place to start? Or are you looking for a class that can introduce you to fundamentals of Yoga? Then look no further..... The Sokol South Omaha Yoga class is for you!
Yoga is welcoming and non-competitive, yet profound in its ability to touch the practical aspects of daily living.
There is no need for any prior experience. You can begin right now, just as you are. It's as simple as that.
DATE: (Six week sessions) Starting March 5th, 2012
WHEN: Monday and Wednesday evenings
TIME: 7:30pm to 8:30pm
COST: $120.00 (6 week session)
